Rules and Terms for the Instagram - Sasha Velvet Giveaway
- Starts Tuesday, September 29 at 3:30PM CDT (GMT-6) and tentatively ends Tuesday, October 6th at 11:59PM CDT (GMT-6).
- Must be a resident of the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore or Malaysia and over 18 years old.
Three winners will tentatively be drawn by October 6th at 11:59pm CDT/GMT-6. The winners will be contacted directly and may be announced publicly (post or stories). The winners will receive a discount code for a free Sasha Velvet bag, subject to availability. The purchase cannot be returned for monetary value or exchanged for any other item.
Winner Guidelines:
- The primary winner must a) show as a follower of our page at the time of drawing, b) comment on the giveaway post with his/her favorite Sasha Velvet color c) tag 2 friends
- If Pursh Collection and the winners are not mutual followers, and Pursh Collection sends a message to the Winner's Direct Message inbox, it may go to the other/spam inbox. It is the winners' responsibility to check his/her messages.
- Pursh Collection will attempt to reasonably contact the Winner via Instagram Direct Messages for one week from the date of drawing or selection. If a response is not received to claim the free Sasha Velvet bags, the gift is forfeited
- The Winner will be required to provide a valid e-mail address
- Note: Due to the recent COVID-19 challenges, certain countries have shipping restrictions. If we are unable to ship the winner's order due to this, we will select a secondary winner.
